Preferred 7-night Xmas Dates: December 19-26
Preferred 7-night New Year's Dates: December 28 - January 4

10-nights over either/both Xmas/New Year @ low rate/7 x 10 nights

Low Rate for all other weeks of the year.



Special Conditions:

If there is a delay in delivery due to circumstance beyond the owner’s control and the charter period is agreed to take place but for a lesser period; the parties agree that the commissions payable will only be on the term of the charter completed. The Charterer will be refunded for the time of the delay.

The parties agree the Clause 24 (d) will be eliminated. (Regarding paying sales commissions if the Charterer buys the yacht within 2 years from charter dates)

Hurricane Addendum as part of the contract for charters encompassing the dates of June 1 through November 30. Calls for reschedule within 6 months.
